CD Players

Sourcing genuine original laser mechanisms and DAC chips is now almost impossible. There are so many fakes and copies out there which do not meet original specification and with poor reliability.

Therefore we no longer accept cd players for repair or service.

Modified units

Any units which have been modified from original manufacturers specification, unless factory approved will not be worked on, unless they can first be returned to factory specification.

Outside UK mainland

Due to the never ending and changing regulations regarding temporary customs clearance we are unable to accept any work sent from outside the UK mainland.
